Affordable circuit board. Works well. Transfer time is a bit slow so some things reboot when triggered. Not the fault of the device because I am using 12 volts.

Used it to run our high efficient dc rv fridge. Added an efficient switching dc power supply to run on ac when it is plugged into shore power. When it’s not plugged in, it automatically switches to dc on the LFP battery. Since we have solar panels on our house & use the rv for Airbnb when we aren’t traveling it is very efficient now.

I have an Led Beacon attached, it will blink when switching to battery backup and my counters reset too. I add a diode inline with 12 volts output and a couple of capacitors to supply 12 volts while it switches over, without the diode the capacitors bleed back thru the Backup board and still get the blink.

When the transfer occurs, the output drops long enough to reboot the items connected. Defeating the purpose for my use case.Otherwise compact and well made.

poor manufacturing. Some terminals had no electrical connection to board. Returned and did not reorder.

The batteries on my motion sensing sprinklers used to repel raccoons failed at uneven time spans, leaving my pond vulnerable without notice. Using this device I am able to power the sprinklers from and AC transformer with battery backup in case the AC power is turned off. Excellent solution to my problem. Works as advertised.

With the absence of the charging voltage at the input, the output connector becomes active. The voltage on the output terminals is equivalent to the battery voltage. This is not mentioned in the description. The user must perform some basic tests prior to connecting the load to understand how this circuit works.

Funciona bien en alternar el cambio de fuente regulada a baterÃa ,funciona de no brake, pero el ruteador se apaga instantáneamente y posteriormente se reinicia. Lo mismo sucede al regresar el cambio de baterÃa a fuente regulada. Desgraciadamente no funciona correctamente como no-brake. No es recomendable dado que el rutedor detecta el segundo de tiempo que requiere para el cambio.
