So far so good with these chains and binders. Great price and quality looks good.I wish I could have seen the Amazon guy bring the box to my door. It's packaged very compact in a box that like a foot cubed but weighs over 125lbs.

I bought a kit. 2 chains, 2 ratchets binders. Not cheap. Had a problem with one of the binders after 3 months.Sent e-mail to customer service. Sending out new binder, no charge, no questions, no games. Old school customer service, stand behind what they sell. Rare these days. Customer for life for anything these folks sell.

DC Cargo Mall shipped these to me in a timely manner. When it arrived it looked like the shipping company had some issues with the box probably due to its weight. One chain was missing, I contacted DC Cargo Mall with some photos explaining what happened and they promptly sent me a new chain. The product is as expected and they were great to work with.

I purchased a set of 4 chains and binders Similar to these from my local equipment store for almost $750 and it disgusted me. I then found these on amazon and ordered them (returing the first set I purchased).These came to my door in 2 days and the package was solid.I use these chains and binders for several tractors and pieces of equipment for my business and have been extremely satisfied with them!I have never had issues with them coming lose or budging. And I always feel my equipment is safe and secure.I will definitely be ordering another set for my business.
