My Kenmore refrigerator model# 111.73035910 cooling fan went bad and there is no replacement available as it seems manufacturer no longer making it; to supplement bought this motor. The wiring from motor to socket supposed to be Red, Yellow in original (purple in this motor), Black from Left to Right instead it is Purple, Red, Black. I just switched the wiring to Red, Purple, Black in socket,; voila, the fan worked and saved me from buying new refrigerator.Request toanufacturer please fix the wiring for Kenmore refrigerator fan and this can replace original motor in the refrigerator.Any way, the fix worked and any one looking for replacement motor for Kenmore(model# 111.73035910) , this should help

So I purchased this for my fridgidaire fftr1022qw fridge. Installed it and fan started running. Then I realized the fan was spinning the wrong way which was my fault. I needed the ZWF-02-2, not this one which is ZWF-02-4. So if you see the other reviews saying it was spinning the wrong way, this is probably why.All in all, the product did what it was supposed to and would've worked if not for my mistake.

Unfortunately, I also have an intermittent bad fan connector plug. So how do you fix the fan by replacing the replacement fan with my old fan? Having found that the fan connector was intermittently open, I marked the old fan with "INTERMITENT failure. So I have put the old one back in and it is working. After 13 months this new one failed. I ordered this exact same part again. I couldn't get this 13 month old one to budge even by wiggling the wires. So, I hope my NEW, new replacement will work more than 13 months, when I get it in about a week.

So I ordered this to fix my fridge. My fridge condenser fan motor broke and my fridge was getting warm. Sears doesn’t have the fridge fan motor anymore so I thought I would give it a try. It works but you have to work with it. I had to reverse the two wires that came with it and then it turned on. Now it’s on good but it was blowing in the wrong direction so I drilled a hole in the prop and reversed it so it will blow into the fridge. So it works great now in my fridge. Cut 2 wires move them around and reverse fan bam done!

Even though it’s a slightly faster with greater RPM it was a perfect fit and saved me a frig. I’m living in the woods where it’s nearly impossible to get a knowledgeable repairman out here. With a utube video the task was easy. I just took a chance that this was the problem without really knowing…based upon another amateur handyman’s advice on utube

For my application this required a phillips screw driver and a small amount of patience to install. It seems to have fixed my problem 100%. I am going to order a spare to have on hand for next time.
