Moule impeccable qui fonctionne parfaitement bien et semble robuste.Empreintes un peu petites, mais c’est de ma faute, j’aurais dû être plus vigilante sur la taille qui était indiquée ! Je complèterai avec des empreintes XXL pour des madeleines plus grandes, mais ça ne remet pas en question la qualité de ce produit conforme à sa description et aux attentes !

Great pan - perfect size for a 1 egg/50g mix. Brushed with butter & sprinkled with a little flour it's brilliantly non-stick. Used on top of a pre-heated baking tray produces perfect Madeleines in 8-10 minutes.
