This machine makes wonderful coffees, lattes and cappuccinos! Easy to use once you know how to use. It is a high quality machine and requires frequent descaling and filter changes, but well worth it. I wish the water container held a bit more water as we drink coffee a couple times a day. Love this machine and when you do have questions, their customer service is very patient and helpful.

I had a Magnifica S that I bought 5 years ago. It was in need of major service so I bought this machine to replace it. Major technology upgrade. A great machine with tons of functionality. Easy to use. Coffee is really good as well as the ability to have lattes and cappuccino.Would definitely recommend.

I debated for months whether to spend this much on a coffee maker, but I’m happy I did! The regular coffee it makes is amazing and the espresso options are easy to customize. The only flaws are that you have to brew the remaining beans in the grinder before you’re able to swap the type of beans and for two people, I need to fill the water tank every other day.

This is a beginner auto machine, but it makes good espreso and cappuccinos. The first one that we received had a malfunctioning extractor, so I though that it was junk for high price. When I contacted the manufacturer, they did a video call so that they could see how it was operating. They overnighted a part that was suspected to be the issue. That part did not fix the issue, so I returned the unit to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement unit works flawlessly.My wife prefers unsweetened coconut milk and she uses that for cappuccinos, though the manufacturer said that they have NOT tested it with coconut milk, only soy milk. The oat milk barista-blend also works pretty well in the frother, but that stuff is expensive and has a short shelf-life. I bought an extra milk unit for less than $30 from DeLonghi so that I can have one loaded in the fridge with milk and my wife can have hers loaded with coconut milk and we can just plug whichever one we want in without having to prime or clean the connection point. That is really handy! Froth with plain milk is amazingly good for an auto frother.The coffee that it produces had a large amount of crema and silky mouthfeel. Flavor is obviously going to depend on the beans. Using the same beans that I used with a quality drip unit produces a different flavor than the drip, which to me is not as good as the drip, but I have not quite dialed in my temperature setting.Espresso from this machine is really, really high quality for an auto machine, especially a beginner one like this. Unit is easy to clean and seems to be well-made for the price-point. Has quite a few customizable settings, as well to dial in your brew.Aside from the initial dud out of the box, I am overall very happy with the machine and customer service from the manufacturer.

So, I have this coffee machine since October 2024 and I love it!!! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ My work place offers free coffee, they have a big selection of coffee pods, guess what? I bring my own coffee! This coffee machine works wonders and for sure you know what you are drinking.I definitely recommend it!

Came back from Italy and ordered this the very next day. It's impressive at first - grinding the coffee beans, frothing the milk, etc. but it just doesn't get hot enough for me. I have set the heat to the highest of the 3 settings and I still have to place it in the microwave with every cup. Is it hot, sure, a little, but the milk doesn't get hot enough (or water when making an Americano) to really help, so it actually makes it a little cooler. I spent the money to have a machine that automates a bunch of steps only to still be having to use the microwave. And of course, it's past the time where I can return it. I think I just tried to tell myself "it's fine" for so long because I was impressed with everything else about it, but after a couple of months of nuking every cup, "impressed" has turned to "bummer". Also, there's no indicator when it's out of coffee beans. I've made a couple of cups that's just water. And if water is too low (but not low enough to set off the "add water" indicator) and you're trying to make an Americano, you're not getting a full cup. Just seems like, for the price, and with all of the features it has, there's a few things that could have been improved upon. But the heat is my biggest complaint. I can already see myself getting rid of it before much longer - so money wasted.

Machine itself is incredible! I love being able to make multiple kinds of drinks. Also love that it froths the milk for me! The instructions are super clear and it’s very user friendly. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a coffee again now that I own this!Only downside is that mine came with a small defect. The area to pour ground coffee is a small flap and the flap is missing a hinge which means I have to line it up perfectly every time I put the top back on when refilling beans. It’s honestly such a pain to deal with returning something this big so I just sucked it up and kept it. Would have been nice if this was caught before the product was packed.
