Pizza oven works great, cooked 13 pizza is 18 minutes. Burnt some as the flame is too close to the pizza, would be optional to have a flame diverter right above the pizza.

Even at the lowest temperature setting, my pizzas would catch fire within a minute of putting them in the oven.Maybe mine was defective and the regulator wasn't restricting the gas enough, I don't know.I send it back and got the Blackstone pizza oven. It works like a champ as far as cooking pizzas. The downside is it's 63 pounds. Oof.

The legs fold but do not detach and that is a good thing. It’s about the size I expected and seems well made. The hose is thick and the ends look standard, heavy and solid. The controls work well.Installation/setup: Take out of box, placing it on a sturdy work area. Attach the handle for the rotation by taking out the screws, adding the metal piece and replacing the screws. Install the hose, attaching it to a propane source, not included. Remove all parts from inside the oven where they were packed. Unwrap pizza stone and place in oven. Push in dial to turn and listen for the click of the auto lighter. Use repeatedly until the flame starts, it may take a few times the first time you use it. Preheat oven on high for about 10 minutes then turn down the flame to medium or lower. Assemble pizza on included pizza peel, dusting it liberally with corn meal before placing dough. Add toppings as desired. Use peel to place pizza in oven. Turn using rotation handle as needed to avoid burning. Remove pizza when done using same peel. Eat.Final thoughts: I like this. I expect I will have a better outcome after some experience. Mine was a little overdone in some places and underdone in others. My pizza dough was made with a recipe I found online by “serious eats†and I liked the flavor. It called for refrigerating the dough for 24 hours before using and I couldn’t wait till I got this so I had some ready before I got the oven delivered lol. I cheated by throwing all the ingredients in my bread machine and selecting “dough†then letting it rise for an hour after the cycle ran before dividing it into 4 servings and refrigerating. I also made some sauce from the recipe on the “imperial sugar†site and it turned out great. I added preshredded mozzarella and pepperoni with a top layer of italian blend. I thought the pizzas were a bit small for my big eaters but it was enough for my husband and I. I may make two apiece next time. The pizzas really made a mess inside on the pizza stone and I wish they had included a brush, but I ordered one and it should be here before I make pizzas again. I feel I would have had better results if I had brushed the stone between uses. The pizzas cook really fast, only a couple minutes each so don’t wander off lol. I like this and I plan to make pizzas again really soon.âï¸1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

This is amazing! I love pizza and being able to make it yourself is even better. Cooks well and tastes great.
