This toilet is a tankless Bidet.. I have 2 of them now. We have used them for about 3 months. It is very well made and very pretty. designed Like the Kohler Veil. The original Neorest Toto was 6k. The new NX1 is now 9k This one does everything toto does and has the side kick spot for boys to pee standing up. Deer Valley has a 1 year warranty and had honored it for me. One of the seats glitched on me. I suggest looking at the manual to turn off the Beep for everything.. It is the STOP key and WIND key held down together to stop the Beep for each time you do something. Also you might want to stop the Auto open. It is kinda cool but for daily use it is nicer to just leave the top up. As for the night light it stays on all the time. .I wish it was a sensor situation. You can spend 400 on just a SEAT or you can just get the next generation of toilet. When you flush. It has suction for a while like a airline toilet. I am not going to say you never need to clean it but it stays pretty clean. It also uses 1.6 gallons of water. While I don't really care how much water a toilet uses. I found out the normal toilet uses about 8 gallons. so one flush a day for 1 year that is almost 3000 gallons. soooo if you have a family of 4. easly 12000 gallons a year for one use each a day. I am very happy with my new selection and makes the entire bathroom better at a fraction of the price of some other models. The porcelain base was outstanding. The Seat construction was also very well made. My estimated time of use is 8 to 10 years. The last note.. I don't know why dear vally made so many models of each smart toilet. But make sure you have the v3. that is the auto open and close. Which if your going smart toilet don't know why you wouldn't want that.

You need a plug in for the toilet and you need a hot water supply line for it to work. They don't tell you before you buy it. It costs too much to send back. We are screwed. Never buy from them again. False advertisement. I want my money back.

You can't beat the quality and price of thus toilet. I wish I could have kept it.
