This is just what I needed! I been wanting to make lemon bars and needed to zest lemon for the recipe. I didn’t want to spend ton of money on a zeter that I was not going to be using all the time, so I decided to get this one. I’m so happy I did because this zester works sooooo well! It zested the lemon in very fine shape because of the sharpness of the blade. It’s easy and comfortable to hold and I love the cover it comes with to protect your hand when it’s sitting in the drawer. It looks like it’s made from a high quality material. You can grate lot of other things too so I’ll be using it more than I thought. I highly recommend it, great product for even better price!

Zester is significantly better quality than the other one I have or looked at in the store. The price for the quality is also significantly better. It’s wider thus quicker to use. We use primarily for zesting lemons when making curd.

I bought this for myself and like how it works and perfectly zests lemons for example without going too deep into the pith. Like the storage wrap and size of item plus the brush that helps get all the zest out and helps clean the zester after using. My daughter used it on a visit and liked it too so I got her one and I just ordered one for my beach house!

Really love this grater. The size allows me to balance it on a wide range of bowls, the handle is comfortable and it does a great job grating a wide variety of foods! Easy to clean as well, very happy with purchase.

I'm a professional chef. I love the sharpness, but doesn't go into the white of the fruit. And the grip on the handle is great. Definitely buying another so I can have one for knife bag and one for home.
