Durable, thick, nice looking with wood channel knife. Fits nicely in my hand, I hadn’t used a channel knife for twist garnish but this is easy to use and twists come out long as desired with a little practice. Easy to clean but don’t forget it’s still sharp.

Works so good your bartender will lose it and you’ll be buying more of the same exact one!

Not sharp at all. Might be fine if you sharpen it with a tapered diamond rod, but as is, it barely cuts, it tears more than cuts and it's hard to get long pieces, and it cuts citrus rind way too deep and gets lots of pith.My other channel knife which I've had for a few years and used a lot, and never sharpened, is still way sharper than this one is brand new. Unfortunately that one isn't available anymore. I had one from Messermeister years ago that was way better than this, that would be my current recommendation.

Bought one and thought it was a malfunction. Nothing on the blade section to stop it from rotating. Ordered another and same thing. Poor quality!

Great product and worth the price. The wooden handle seems untreated so I rubbed a bit of my cutting board mineral oil into the handle and now it looks even better!

This is an excellent, must have tool in the kitchen. I have had many zesters in the past - this one is the best I have ever used, very well made, and worth the price.

Estoy bastante satisfecho de este pelador aunque lo he usado poco. Es extremadamente filoso y usarlo en quesos o chocolate creo que podrÃa dañarlo. La manufactura es de alta calidad y se ve estupendo en la barra.
