This coolant temperature sensor was a direct replacement for my original. It fixed the issue I was having and my engine is running smoothly again. The quality seems good and it was easy to install. Highly recommend!

I got this sensor as a back-up in case the one in my truck fails. I found the location where the sensor goes and also looked up the part on line so, without actually removing the original unit, it looks the same as the OEM sensor. I hope to never need it but find it comforting to know I have one handy if it does.
