A variable-speed dial provides speed control from 8,000 - 14,000 OPM for a variety of jobs. One-handed locking dust bag attaches securely to the sander to aid in dust collection, or the user can attach the sander directly to the DWV010 or DWV012 dust collectors (sold separately). Rubber overmold grip provides comfortable sanding. The paper clamp is designed to hold paper securely and for easy installation.

I like the power, acceptably low noise level and easy on-easy off--dust bag. It is heavier than I enjoy and a bit awkward to hold. Also, the rocker style switch is a bit clumsy in design. A switch without the rubber or plastic cover would be more pleasant to operate. Still, it is an excellent tool to use where a power cord is not conveniently to hand.
