Tried to rasp some T-6 aluminum and wore out in short order. Recommend limiting use with wood or plastic.

I bought and used this product to bore out and expand an existing hole in my car chassis. Only took about 20 seconds to enlarge a hole by about 1/8". Highly recommended

It grinds good on wood. I haven't tried it on metal

Dead bolt plate started rubbing. I simply attached this it to my impact driver and started grinding away!

This is a nice tool. Tapered shape allows use in close quarters and small openings. Along with the "bullet" rasp, most small to medium things are covered.
