I use this to drill holes in large rocks, then pour full of Dexpan, which expands and cracks the rock into pieces. This bit really drills the rock!

I used this bit to drill through a triple course brick wall to install a freeze free hose bib. It punched right through and didn't blow out the brick like a single piece carbide bit tends to do. I also like the piece of mind a rebar bit gives me when drilling through material that has unknown reinforcement rods or durawall within it. These are my go to bits now and pricewize they just make sense.

It drilled true to size. Not as fast as an older Hilti bit I used to have, but glad I have this one now.
