How To Test Diamond
Turn on the switch.
Make sure only 1 light is lighting up on the scale.
Wait few seconds for the probe to heat up until Lamp on ready OK.
Turn on the lights numbers corresponding to the indoor temperature and diamond weight.
If don't know. Set 4 lights is lighting up on the scale.
Start test diamond, no need to adjust the switch switch.
Use the diamond discriminator probe to make 90-degree contact with the measured object, and observe the indicator light change.
It needs a little bit of force to stop it on the diamond surface and make full contact.
If unsuccessful, please repeat the second step.

Test result analysis
If lights >= 9 and have sounds, it is true diamond.
If lights If lights is 7 or 8, it is true crystal.
If lights is 6 or 7, it is true jade.
If lights is 4 or 5, it is glass.
Don't test metal，Don't wear gloves.
In a low temperature environment, the battery discharge is weakened. Please raise the battery temperature to above 10 degrees Celsius.
The test takes a few minutes, please turn off the power after the test is complete.

I tested it against everything that I knew wasn't real to everything that I knew was real and even the questionable items. It was accurate every time. Just need to know the proper settings for every each item.

I am very pleased with this diamond detector. It was simple to set up, the battery was included, and it worked perfectly out of the box. I first tried it on a known diamond, then tried it on an unknown stone. Yay, the unknown stone turned out to be diamond! I was also pleased with the extras--there's a case for the machine with a side pocket that holds a tiny tray for holding loose stones. And there was a surprise extra--a jeweler's loupe.

I have never given a review like this before ANYWHERE. First the loop didn’t work, but I thought no problem I can figure that out. Then the tester worked ONCE. I am not sure if I got the hot mess of the day or if this is the norm. I am foiving one star because I can’t submit it without it.
