If you swap out your high bay lights dont forget to bypass the ballast but these work for a retrofit with large ( really large ) led edsion bulbs...

They work well enough but, they can break. However I don't think that they're supposed to be used the way that I use them. (Drop light adapter) If they're used in a standard light fixture I would imagine that these would last a very long time.

I was excited when I purchased a half dozen shop bulbs that were on clearance for an unbelievably low price. And they would put out bright light which I needed in my work area. Once home I realized they wouldn't work because the bases were too large. These adapters worked perfectly to solve my problem. The price is less than $2.40 each, which was well worth it and I'm still under $4.75 total for each of the 6 lights. I would buy again.

I used these for some LED corn lights that had a big base so these reduced the size to medium base. They work great but I’ve had 2 of them break off inside.
