Update since the review:Customer service reached out to me. They were quick to help resolve the issue.They sent me replacement coil and cord and it is working great! Got it yesterday and they also help educate me to better care for my unit's cords and coil.The best part is this product has taken away the need for torches for my needs.. I run this off-grid (solar powered) and now have one less need for traditional fossel fuels aka Propane/Butane. **------------â€-------------**This was my original review and willingly updated to commend their customer service practices:Purchased in February.Been working until today July 20, 2024.Power cord seems to be defective.

I love this still using it after it broken but I can't find a replacement for the quartz bowl not sure how to either without finding someone who will blow it for me in person.

After only a couple weeks of use the bowl broke other than that haven’t had a issue, update I cannot find replacement bowls that fit
