DIGITEN DTC315 HEAT MAT THERMOSTAT OUTLET
DIGITEN waterproof temperature controller is used as over temperature protection or automatic temperature control system in various electric heating or cooling devices, which is the perfect solution to provide constant optimum temperature.
SET UP
Set RV (Run Temperature Value)＜SV (Stop Temperature Value), the temperature controller will be in heating mode.
Set RV (Run Temperature Value)＞SV (Stop Temperature Value), the temperature controller will be in cooling mode.
IP65 Waterproof
- The waterproof grade is IP65. The shell of the temperature controller adopts integrated waterproof technology, which can be used outdoors without fear of rain.
- Enjoy more installation flexibility with the 1.5m(5ft) waterproof probe cord. And it can be mounted to the desired area with the suction cup.
- The temperature sensor can work for a long time under high temperature. It's suitable for water, sea water, weak acid or weak lye.
- If ERR appears, please try to insert the probe firmly into the controller and check if it's over-temperature.
Hanging Hole Design
- It uses whole new pre-wired design without complicated DIY wiring and is accessible for connecting a cooling or heating device directly.
- It supports hang from the eyelet tab, confirm the installation distances and nails/screws size before installing.
- In order to achieve a better waterproof effect, it is recommended to hang it up and use it.

I use this with space heaters to give me a more accurate control and to sense the temperature where I need to. I like that it maintains it's settings even after a power outage. So far it works great.

Just a slight complaint about the save function compared to other devices - you should be able to go though the settings and they stick vs having to long press the set button (If you read the instructions you will be fine). In service since Early Nov 2023.

DO NOT BUY.I've been using two of these and they BOTH went out at the same time and just kept heating, even though the heat showed it was off - way above carryover heat. Reached out regarding warranty replacements and received two units that did NOT work as described. One unit only heated a 10 gal tank (with a 300 watt/30-60 gal rated heater) by 0.3 degrees in TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Plugged heater straight to the wall, and 12 minutes later the temp was already 1.5 degrees higher. Yet they claimed it worked somehow. The other unit hit a random temperature above the RV and just stopped - far short of the stop value.They tried to claim this product won't heat because it's a "range," only you can see from their own picture that isn't true. The point value shows 74.3 and the run value is 68, yet it still has a green light indicating it's heating. So that whole "heats to a range" is a bunch of nonsense; not to mention I've been using them for months and that is NOT how they've been working. Customer service was just RUDE AF and then got even worse the more I tried to explain. Finally they told me fine send them back, I said I need a prepaid label and they send me one that says "Postage required" right on it. Then responded like I was an idiot and didn't know how to return an item. The person was just downright condescending and the rudeness was unreal. I will NEVER buy a Digiten product again and I truly hope the company realizes how RUDE their people are.

I use these to control heat tapes on my roof. They are outside but not directly exposed to snow and rain. They remember the settings when power to them is disconnected. This is the second winter and working good. There is a colored LED to indicate the switch status when the display is turned off. I like these a lot.

I accidentally bought two. I noticed too late to cancel. Got the run around trying to return one….but I did get a generous offer to pay all or half shipping back to China.On the other hand the unit I intended to purchase is working well controlling a set of 15 heat mats to melt ice and snow on a deck staircase. *Programming instructions could be simpler for common use cases.

My situation......I'm using it to control a old style window mount (110volt 15amp) air conditioner i installed in my renovated bumper pull camper.Ac unit only has hard analog knobs & button controls. So I'd turn it on when it's hot out it'll cool down my camper to the point of it freezing me out and I wake up freezing. Then I turn it off and then I wake up sweating.Now with this temp control, it's got lots of functions but the simple ones are actual temp then you set turn on temp then set turn off temp.It's basically a extension cord with a digital screen 3 buttons and a temp probe.I was so close to ripping out the ac unit and spending a pile of money on a new fancy digital ac unit. Until I fount this magic. Very impressed, would buy again definitely recommend

Great product. Used it outdoors in my greenhouse for my plants and had the sensor in soil to warm up the root zone and it didn't fail. Worked seamlessly.Very happy with this product.

This worked amazingly well. We had to put to start heating at 104 degrees and stop at 106 because the heater stopped when it got to 104 degrees.

Unit works well enough. Doesn't display a minus sign infront of current temperature will count down to zero and then up again as the temp falls. So if say outside is -5 it will say 5 and then if cupped in my hand will count down from five and then up to my body temperature.Only other gripe I have is that the power in and out could be longer so could the temp probe and the temp probe should be replaceable. If damaged must replace whole unit.
