Update: 08/20/22: Both sets have died after about 4 months.I have had this fan installed for about a week now and although I have the fan speed set at 100%, it only goes to 75%. It did fit in the gpu housing and even had the same exact part number of the Dell fan that I replaced, which is interesting because this fan had 1 more fan blade than the Dell version, which in the manufacturing world would suggest a new part number and revision.I purchased another fan from someone else a while back that was only .45amps and it runs at 75% also, when set to 100%, which makes me think this one, even though it says .55amps like the original Dell, it may not be?It still works and is better than no fan at all, but my gpu temps are a bit hotter with the fan only able to get to 75%

I got these to replace fans in my dell gtx 3080.. They were a perfect fit and for about 3-4 weeks everything was going fine. Fan speed tests were amazing and they keep the temps exactly where they should be, until about two hours ago I started getting a bad rattle sound. Took the side of the case and found out it was one of the fans in the GPU. Looks like one of the fans has already started to come off the bearing.Edit - Changed from a 3 to a 2. Sound is getting bad and the fan is obviously about to fail. Gonna have to order new fans. One of the two is still going strong.Edit - One month after my last edit the other fan has now started to rattle.
