Production Notes
1. The soldering time should not be too long, 1-3 seconds, otherwise the copper sheet will fall off. If it is not soldered once, remove the soldering iron and solder it again. Be sure to be optimistic about the production pictures and text, distinguish the positive and negative poles, and pay attention to the white silk screen welding of the corresponding components when welding;
2. The vibration switch must be close to the circuit board, and cannot be high on one side and low on the other;

Nice item, decent price for the quality. It was fairly easy to assemble, but it wasn’t as small as the board I was going to solder, which meant I was slightly under-prepared. The actual board went well, and I’m sure working on this helped with that.

I didn’t have my meter, could use better instructions. But the picture helps with the practice.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. No instructions ... Had to go off of just supplied photo. Put project together but only 3 LEDS lit up. The supplied battery holder was the worst! It was miss-shapen (batteries barely fit!), positive and negative wires were not secured, and if batteries were not NEW... the project did not function. ( I soldered a USB cable to board to solve power problem... It worked enough "ish" so I guess I learned something beneficial... But it still didn't work as described. ). Please don't buy... As someone learning a skill you should not be left wondering "Is it me? Or is this thing just faulty?". ...it is not you... It is just total crap.

I got mine to work. Be sure to pay very close attention to the schematic and the orientation of any components on it. The pins on the circuit were bent on arrival, bent them back before inserting. Wish it had an on off switch or auto off. It's 9 bucks and from China.

Should be a super simple build. I couldn't get it to do much. I did have very out of range resistors and might go back and replace the resistors with more accurate ones out of my parts drawer and see how it goes. All my LEDs do light up, I just don't see the whole random LED thing as mostly the same one stays on most of the time. For the money it was an ok kit.

Tinkercad doesn't have the CD4017 so I had to use 74HC4017 Johnson Decade Counter and the pins are different. It still works the same.

I bought this project for my son to learn how to use his new soldering machine. The kit was missing a critical part to prevent it from completely working. Was not worth the hassle to return.
