These were great quality and the price was reasonable. I recommend these to all doodle or poodle owners! They are sharp and have the protected round edge for safety. I use these in between haircuts for my doodle for her eyes and mouth.

I bought this set because I have a long hair cat that mats very easy, especially in spring / warm months when they shed. I read some reviews that said these scissors were uncomfortable or hurt their fingers, that has not been the case for me. I find them comfortable to use and they do not hurt fingers and I’m told I have chubby sausage fingers! Haha.I also read reviews that said the set was cheap and not sturdy, I find the set to have some decent weight, when I use the scissors /thinning shears they feel sturdy and are easy to maneuver. The comb has some decent weight and combs thru the cats thick fur no problem. Each piece came in its own little cover and look professional.The comb works great on her long fur, in fact she falls asleep while I comb her, usually she fusses after a few brush strokes. And the comb pulls a lot of the loose underfur without hurting her or pulling uncomfortably.The thinning shears are doing just what I wanted them to do. On some of her spots that make little knots I can thin the knot and it will easily pull or comb out with no bother to the cat. When I’ve tried to cut out knots before she fusses and runs and previously combing pulled her fur and hurt her. The thinning shears are just the thing.I don’t know how this set matches up to professional barber / cosmetologist scissors, but for the amateur home hair trimmer / animal groomer I think it’s a good investment.

Have used many times and still as sharp as the first cut. Comb is useless with having a Cavapoo. But the scissors couldn't be better.

We have 9 dogs and these manage them all. They are easy to work with and I love the pink color touch. They were worth the purchase if I had only one complaint it would be I have to wipe them often scissors wise because of all the hair but they work for my Chow Chow… that should speak for itself hair thickness wise. I would buy again I just hope I don’t have to.

I like that it comes as a set. Great for light touch ups, but I wouldn't use for a full groom. They are not overly sharp

Great set. I just use it to trim around my dogs eyes and for his beard, etc. Works really well I like the curve on the scissors makes it easy.
