This tool made it so much easier to dig up many invasive vines. Saved my back and wrist from twisting the shovel and bending over to dig.

I needed something that can remove plugs of soil without too much work so this was a good thing. It's pretty solid construction, I like that I can step on this thing and push it in. It does just fine, but I did do this after it rained a few days later so my soil was a lot softer than if it were dry. I dont' think this can cut through my rocky hard soil, so maybe you need to water it down too before using this.

Good in theory, poor in execution. Metal used for teeth is soft and easily deforms. The step broke on the second time I used this product. I do not recommend purchasing due to poor quality of materials.

I took it out of the box, easily screwed on the 2 handles and went to work. This thing does exactly what you expect of it. I'm 240lbs and one good stomp is all it takes. It's very sturdy and definitely will last. I like commercial equipment and stuff that lasts. This fits the bill. Works perfectly. I give it an 11 out of 10.

Easy to setup and get going on your next project. It’s pretty sharp and when you get a good stomp in, it’ll carve out a nice big chunk, enough for you to plant or whatever project you’re doing. It’s pretty sturdy and I can work this no issue. The pedals are on the small side so my foot kinda slips off it, but it’s not a big deal. I do think it’s a little pricey for some. Maybe it’s just me. Overall I’d say it’s a good tool to have on you especially if you do a lot of garden or yard work.

Makes good little holes for seedlings. Easy to use and does the job. Heavy duty build.

This worked great for the first 20ish plugs. Top of plunger broke off and now the plunger falls out every time. Poor design. Needs a much larger rod that connects the plunger.

Sharp edges and solid steel, cutting a plug was fairly easy. The rubber coated handles were significantly heavy. Installing them felt like I was getting ready to ride a dune bike. The eject mechanism is between the two supports, would be nice if the pedal to press out the plug was a little bigger. At it's current size, you can only get the toe of your boot on it. This is a good tool to make holes in your lawn for planting bulbs to help support the pollinators.
