A lot of these only work a very short time or really not at all. This one will be an exception...so far it has measured accurately ALL of our homemade bread products. I am STRONGLY recommending this thermometer!

I needed a new thermometer to check food temperature. So far I’m very happy with this thermometer. Its very easy to use and accurate.

I've had other thermometers not be able to register the colder temperatures so I test this out in various ways and am pleased that it seems to work very well. I went from putting it in the freezer to sticking it in boiling water within a few seconds and it was nearly an instant reading. Other thermometers I've had would have an error code doing that.

This thermo does everything I need. Simple and effective design and very accurate. Like how the device powers down when I turn the probe into the holder. Highly recommend!

I was a professional chef for over 30 years and for most of my adult life, I’ve had one kind of thermometer or another in my pocket or on my person. Now that I am semi retired, I have the time to bake bread at home instead of buying a seven dollar loaf of tasteless cardboard with no real nutrients. These little thermometers are amazing. Love that the battery shuts off when you close it. Very accurate for testing water for my sourdough starter. I use the other one for meat and, love it. Good buy.
