Had a terrible noise and after replacing belt, tension, and idler pulleys the noise still exsited. After replacing the alternator pulley my engine growl went away. Dorman products are typically good quality and this holds true to that statement. The value for money in replacing just the pulley compared to the whole alternator is bargin. The pulley fit exactly like oem. Installing the pulley onto the alternator is simple AS LONG AS YOU HAVE AN IMPACT GUN. If you don't have an. Impact you will need to also by a special tool in order to replace the pulley. This product has performed great and have no complaints to mention, aside from how fiat, chrysler designed this engine
