nice product seems smoother than when truck was new,well worth the price .went in easy .hardest thing was keeping window up with tape.just make sure that you have the two hooks set in door before you tighten it.other then that im real happy with it .doorman products do just what they say they will do no suprises

Being an after market part, I was worried if this would fit my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. It fit perfectly and now my window works with no problems. It cost much less at Amazon than even the junkyard was charging for a used part.

Item came exactly as described. Was a simple, easy install with instructions from YouTube. Don't know why I put up with the old broken crank for so long. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I have been happy with Dorman products in the past but long term durability isn't what I expected. If it lasts for a year I will upgrade to 5 stars.Update: Item has lasted for 4 years now so would recommend. 5 stars no hesitation.

I like that it works, had my mech friend install it, but it gets very hard to roll up especially the last half. Not sure what is causing it, but I stripped the splines off of my original window crank a few days after the window regulator was installed.

Absolute garbage. Hard to crack up or down. Makes a creaking noise when winding. Is worse then the broken, kinda hard to crack up one that was replaced. If mechanic kept old part i would send this product back. Now stuck in the vehicle. Thankfully winter is just about here. Window can stay up. ZERO STARS!
