I have a 2002 Dakota that the window motor broke on about 2 years ago. I just dealt with it until I bought this replacement. When it arrived it was packaged nicely in a box, but there were no instructions on how to install it. The University of YouTube showed me the way and it was a very easy install! The nice thing about this motor is it included the screws on the motor and offered multiple bolt patterns to correspond with the vehicle year. The patterns are stamped onto the motor, unfortunately, the years are listed backwards. That was a quick easy fix though of resetting the bolts. It easily attached to the window clamp and had the window going up and down smoothly. Overall it took me less than 30 minutes to remove the door panel, remove the old motor, install the new motor, and replace the door panel. Happy I purchased this and will look at the equivalent for another motor on my Dakota that's broken. Great price by the way, paid less for this than a used OEM part from a pick and pull!

Works like it's should. But it's slower than the factory motor and arm. Wish I would have known this because I would have upgraded. It serves its purpose...

Exact fit for my Pontiac grand am. Had a broken regulator and figured I’d give this a try. I put this in myself and it was about 35 minutes, but I do my own auto repair. The only thing is that the window stays about an inch higher when it’s rolled all the way down. Not a bad thing if you have kids like I do. Gives a little less room for for them to toss shoes out the window. Other than that, works as it should and it doesn’t bother me with the height difference.

Works perfect, great replacement for the more expensive factory or aftermarket regulators. The clip that commonly breaks on these requiring replacement appears to be better design and material than the others that I have used in the past so it should hopefully last longer as well. I would definitely recommend this.
