I live in the front of the apartment complex and there’s a lot of heavy traffic so it gets very dusty and the filter is amazing!!!! It keeps the water so clean and it’s so easy to install! Great buy!

I really like this cat water fountain above all others I’ve had over the years.It’s easy to keep clean. Has a large tank which is translucent so you can see the water level. The unit is not ugly and is somewhat invisible in my rooms. There is no power cord. Battery doesn’t take long to re-charge and lasts several weeks. Easy to put in the filters. It has a mode that when the cat gets near it the stream of water starts to flow. My cats like it. I bought a second one for another room. Customer Service was easy to contact and quickly responded. The motor is on the quiet side, and the water trickle sound is not loud.The only thing that confused the cats for several times until they got use to it was the stream turns on for 15 seconds when the cat approaches, then stops for 5 seconds. If the cat is still present it turns on again for another 15 seconds etc. The cats are used to this and either wait for the stream to start or they drink from the bowl until it starts again. There is a second different mode which I haven’t used yet.All in all, I highly recommend this water bowl.

These are awesome. I recommend them for anybody who’s looking for good filters, and I love this little machine too my cats love it!

Perfect! Don’t forget to soak the filter in distilled water for five minutes, then rinse the filter in distilled water for 30 seconds and change out the old sponge and rinse that area out with distilled water and replaced with a new sponge. And refill your water dispenser with distilled water for your pet. A lot sink water has contaminants in it despite water quality reports just due to aging pipes, etc.Side note: if you get a $10 PPM reader and your water reads over 500 you shouldn’t even be cooking with it let alone giving it to your pet. Measure distilled water with the tool first as a baseline before testing sink water throughout your home like kitchen, bathroom, & showers.

My dogs absolutely love the pet/cat water fountain and these filters work great! They keep the water in the holding tank clear of dirt and debris. My dogs love the fresh water!!
