I have a delta 12 inch drill press I recently purchased from a fella but it didn't come with a vise. I purchased a 4 inch vise thinking that would be big enough but it wasn't big enough for the mounting holes to line up. I returned that one and purchased this new 5 inch vise. This new one is perfect size for my vise table. The mounting holes line up perfectly. And the mounting bolts that came with this vise also fit my mounting holes. One of the awsome features about this 5 inch vise is the quick release button for moving the jaws in and out. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well made vise.

I wasn’t able to use the bolts that came with the vise. The bolts were 1/2†too long. However the vise works great.

How did I ever get along without the quick release button. What a time saver! Yes, it costs a little more, but more than pays for itself in saving time and wear on my hands!!
