I purchased a different towel warmer but returned it because it barely heated the towels. This one heats the towels and pajama's to a very warm and toasty temperature as it states on the box.

The design and look of this is nice. The handle is very useful. The size is perfect for 2 large towels. Or one large towel and a robe. My only complaint is that it doesn't warm my towel enough. My old warmer got my towel hotter. Maybe it's a safety thing IDK. This is why I only gave 3 stars.

Takes over 20 minutes to really warm up 2 fuzzy thick shower towels. Also the clips to hang the towels off of inside the heating chamber are not very sturdy or effective.

It does sometimes keep moisture in the towel though, but an overall this is a great product. Keep your towels, nice and warm. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a hot towel.
