I originally purchased my Duonamic handles when I relocated to an apartment with an interesting floor plan where the only door frames available did not have sufficient space for a traditional bar and drilling into the wall was not an option. Initially I was skeptical and cautious with my set but these are carefully engineered and when hung properly, super sturdy. I've done thousands of reps on them with no visible wear or tear to the system or the doors I've hung them on.These handles provide a unique pull up and require you to really focus on managing your energy on the eccentric and concentric movements. You can choose to keep the handles stable or rotate them as you pull to engage different muscle groups and experiment with intensity. Eventually, I built up enough confidence to do L Sit Pull Ups and eventually explosive pull ups with them.If you're looking for an alternative to a traditional bar, these are solid and so compact , they're perfect for travel too. Get it!

I've had these for about 1.5 years and they show zero signs of wear. I use them daily and went from barely being able to do 2 sets of 4 to 3 sets of 30 DAILY!! They save space but don't be fooled by their shape. These things are sturdy and force you to have great form. They might seem expensive but they are totally worth it. Don't hesitate to buy em if your serious about improving your pull up game. I rarely leave reviews but had to for this product.

My last pull up bar destroyed my door frame. This one is great. I am 6'3, 220 lbs and this works great for me. I would definitely suggest this.

These are incredible pull-up handles! The build quality is exceptional. I was skeptical of the handles at first but they are holding up well. This is the only home pull-up solution I’ve used that does NOT leave marks on a door frame. Also, the design means that as you apply downward force, the “jaws†of the clamps pull tighter toward the door frame, meaning it’s extremely unlikely you’d ever fall. Don’t hesitate to get these!

I have tried so many different pull up bars for doorframes and non of them seem to fit. At last I pulled the trigger on these bad boys. Yes they are expensive, and yes I do not think the price is justified for every person. If you have an odd doorframe and or travel a lot, these are the best and only option for EVERY door way. I love these and I cannot stress how much I like these. I wish I was sponsored by them that’s how much I like these

This is one of those products that works really well but it is a little pricey.Setting up on doorframe- this is simple and rather intuitive, but just in case, there are instructions provided.Use - At first, there is a little trepidation as you grab the handle and hope it stays put and supports you, but soon enough you realize it does and you then have confidence to perform your exercisesComparison - I know there are other brands who make a similar looking product but I cannot compare to those as this is the only one I purchased. However, in comparison to other styles, for example, the pull-up bars that mount across the doorway using leverage to stay in place, the advantage of the Duonamic is that it doesn't make marks on the doorframe and you can mount any width for variety of handgrip spacing. Another advantage is that it is very portable and easy to stuff in a typical-sized duffle bag or luggage and take on vacation without need for assembly/disassembly. This may be valuable to you.The handle is about as low as a bar so if your doorway is low, so too will you be hanging.On the downside of comparison is the cost. Most of the doorway bars are way less than half the cost so if the advantages I mentioned above don't apply to you then perhaps you go a different route.Overall, it does what it says it will do - it's just pricey.

I got these because I wanted something that would take up less space then a regular door frame bar and was renter friendly. These are great they feel super secure, the adjustablity is really nice. Can also kind of change grip but and do hammer curl grip holding onto the plastic part instead of the provided handles.

This seems to be designed very well. It is lightweight but seems to be very sturdy and can hold the weight necessary. Very easy to set up just clips right in place.

I was looking to vary my home workouts and already had an Eleviia. This clipped on so easily (clearly they were designed to work together) and was up and running with all sorts of new exercises in no time -- dips, pulls, holds. Just look up "olympic rings workouts" and you can find so many amazing ways to get strong with such a simple and high quality exercise ring like this.

I was looking for an easy way to do pullups and dips at home; the Duonamic package does what it says on the tin and fits my door no problem (photos attached).Super easy to put up and take down. Changing from the pullup handles to the rings is a little bit fiddly (have to unscrew the chain links and it's a bit easy to lose the little ropes) but it's ok, not a big deal.I'm on the taller side, it's pretty tight to do exercises in the middle of a door, but doable. If you have a bigger door than me (or if you're a bit smaller than me) that's probably a good thing. Just check the dimensions of your door trim with the diagram.

I’ve had a couple well-reviewed pull-up bars over the past couple years and neither of them were nearly as good as this one. I’m so impressed with this “bar.†I was admittedly a little skeptical that the handles would hold my weight when I first clipped them to my doorframe (I’m 174 lbs, so not that heavy—I don’t know, maybe I have trust issues), but these suckers are SOLID. As a test, I did 3 sets of 10 chin-ups and didn’t hear a single creak from my doorframe. Felt just like pumping out chin-ups on a real gym bar. The best part? They don’t leave a scratch on your door. They lightly clip onto the doorframe as opposed to rubbing and damage that other pull-up bars do. Considering you can bring them just about anywhere, it’s a no brainer if you want to train on the road, on vacation, etc. Worth every penny!
