Got these since I have a lot of PSA discs but new sander has the hook&loop type pad. First few uses have been perfect - no damage to either pad and PSA sticks well. No vac vent holes but only half my PSA discs have the holes so not too concerned - vac on new sander draws some dust up from the outer circumference so its not dust free but better than no dust collection. For low cost I can basically recover the greater cost of my PSA discs. since there are two pads, I may see if I can align a disc with the holes and drill through so vac will be more effective. Just very thankful I found these and they work well.

I have hundreds of 5" sticky backed sandpaper disks, but my 35 year old foam sanding pads crumbled. I was unable to find new pads that were made for self adhesive sandpaper. With these, I was able to convert a new hook and loop sanding pad to one that can use my self adhesive disks. Easy to use, good quality, would buy again!

Big improvement to my hook and loop sander. Allow me to use pressure discs.

Pad fits on my 5" hand sander, it's flat and allows for smooth and level sanding when using sticky back sand paper

I like these but the glue used gets gooey when the pad heats up while sanding. This is an issue because the hook and loop part separates from the pad

Product is not flat. Will work with rough sanding, but nothing precise.
