I bought these to see if I like the pads more than wet/dry sanding paper. These are decent but I wouldn’t go as far as saying “they’re great†but you get what you pay for. I’ll be able to get a few game calls out of these before I’ll have to replace them and now I know I like the sanding pads and will buy quality ones next time. The price is right for what they are.

I love these.I use them to work on 1911 pews and others.if you wanna reshape plastic components, you can bring back the shine so it looks factory.And on stainless steel, it’s great to remove scratches on frames and slides.I use a scotchbright pad first,then go over it with the micromesh .This keeps the brushed stainless look, but feels super smooth.And you can achieve a mirror polish if you want to.I have done that on some pieces

I had a set that I got years of use from. Replaced it with a cheapo set and immediately regretted it. These are miles better, so I bought another set. The best!

I am very pleased with the micro-mesh pen sanding kit I purchased for removing shine marks from vinyl dolls. I was unsure if the size of the pads was adequate and thought they were a bit expensive for being so small. But I found the size worked very well for this delicate process and the flexibility of the pads helped me reach a small area on my doll's nose. Amazon asks me to rate durability but I can't honestly say at this time, so I am guessing 4 stars.
