Uniquely designed rectangle hook & loop hand sanding blocks with a 2-way design system that allows them to be used with both hook & loop and PSA sandpaper sheets. Each block includes an attachable PSA conversion adapter pad with a vinyl face that converts the blocks for use with PSA pressure-sensitive adhesive sandpaper sheets.
  • K-Blocks are constructed with medium-density durable polyurethane foam and have a semi-rigid acrylic composite backing plate that provides a perfectly flat and level sanding surface that maintains its flatness while following the curves of the vehicle. These blocks are designed to give collision repair professionals and restoration enthusiasts a sanding block tool that easily allows you to find and restore low and high spots.
  • A premium-quality 2-3/4" wide rectangular-shaped hand sanding block, which is the standard width of longboard file sandpaper. I use my block sander for aluminum work, for example. I also use it when I am finishing acrylic and epoxy work. The fact that one can have access to such easy to hold, straight and long sand surface means that different grits can be used with leverage and stability.Of course that I also have power sanders of different kinds. But nothing compares to the feeling of satisfaction from sitting at my bench with a piece of work on one hand and this block on another. Handwork is underrated as a meditative exercise.Everybody has to have this sander in their tool box.

like other reviewers unlucky enough to acquire these blocks, the ones I received were warped and the Velcro was peeling off; additionally, the piece intended to adapt for sticky back sandpaper will never stick to said paper, it just plain won't. sent back immediately, complete shame k-blocks have gone the way of the buffalo and this junk is what replaced what used to be an extremely high quality item (still have my original, decades old and still in completely functional condition, just wanted to expand my set for doing larger areas in car body work. no such luck).

Really like the product except for the self-stick paper converter it doesn't lay flat enough to the hook and loop. It's like no block I've ever used has heavy weight feel and almost a memory foam grip to it .

I work in Autobody as a prepper painter and figured I’d try these out as I’m always looking for new tools and I’ll be honest they’re great! Haven’t tried the big daddy yet but these things are great if your blocking long flat panels.

Blocks came out of the box bowed and with the Velcro peeling right off two of the three blocks the one that didn't have peeling Velcro is the one that has a bend in it...
