I was looking to "fill in" or "round out" my daily carry tool pouch at work and needed diagonal cutters, wire strippers, and heavy-duty crimpers. There were not many options for pliers with this tool set, tried a few and the Duratech pliers worked the best for me. The cutters work well, have good leverage and have cut materials from steel wire to zip ties without issues or damage. The wire strippers are sized well, have used them on stranded and solid wire. The terminal crimper also works well, can get good leverage with it being close to plier pivot. If you're looking for wire strippers, crimper, and diagonal cutter in a plier this tool is a good option.

I originally bought these to cut fake flower stems. I wanted something comfortable in your hand but still strong because those flower stem wires are no joke. They work AMAZING for that. Then my brother came over and rewired a bunch of outlets for me and even he loved them. Said they were probably the best wire cutters he’s used.

I love this tool. It’s the only tool I need when wiring now, it stays sharp and the crimpers on them work great!
