Great buy and value. Screws on and locks like the OEM filters. But, the ID of the rubber ring that makes the seal against the motor assembly/lid is too big by about 2 mm, which causes a lose fit that surely will cause leakage around the filter - likely not giving me HEPA protection. I built up several layers with painter's tape to make up the difference as I don't plan to on using or buying the OEM filters (which would force me to remove the tape to get those to fit).Lastly, some of the other comments here are WRONG about their cost. At the time of this writing, the cost per unit of these is $18 as compared to the OEM filters at $50 (on Dewalt's own Storefront). So yes, I would buy these again.

I lost my Dewalt shop-vac filter during a move and was in a pinch. Found these and got them next day. Fits perfectly and works well. Would recommend
