The noise cancelling is a joke! I work in an office/ call center and even with the lowest possible voice speaking across the room our customers were saying we were being talked over! We had the headset on for less than five minutes before we had to take them off! Our team was excited to work with these wireless headphones but i don't suggest it for professional conversations. Very, very disappointed. :( If we were able to give this 0 stars trust me, it'd be just that.

This head feels a bit narrow for the headset lol , but it's comfortable for work. My colleagues say the sound quality is good. When using it with my computer, I can adjust the noise cancellation and mute it directly from the headset. I haven’t tried it with my phone yet. The battery lasts a long time—I use it all day. It's exactly what I was looking for!

I bought headphones in August of 2024 it’s Jan of 2025 & they’ve decided to start giving me troubles during my calls. At first they were working pretty fine, lately the headset will randomly mute itself, it has started muting without my knowledge causing clients to not be able to hear me & I would have to switch headsets to the ones the company provided. The would randomly disconnect from the computer. They were pretty good at first but I guess the lifespan is only 6 months. I’m not sure if I would continue to waste my money buying another set which would possibly last me for another 6 months so that’s about $60/$70 a year for 2 paid of headsets or just buy a more expensive brand that might last for a few years.

Been using these for over 4 years. I first purchased these headphones in early 2020 when we had to shift to a remote work arrangement. Since then I have recommended them to colleagues and friends not just because of the price but most importantly because it only picks up the users voice and not any of the background noises- lawnmowers, construction, TV or kids playing.The battery is also long lasting- so recharging is only after 3-4 days.I just purchased a second one a couple of days ago because I damaged the previous headphones during travel.Will update my review if anything changes with the new set.

So far so good. Bought these about a month ago for work use mainly with ocasional personal use, and I am really pleased considering the price! Bluetooth range, still deciding, as it can be hit or miss, and is not that strong if you like walking about while talking, and your laptop is far away. However the good things I like are:- great battery life, i am on MS teams and other calls most of the day, and i top up the charge every few days. Haven't had a time so far where i ran out of battery and had to charge in the middle of a meeting.- connects to 2 devices at the same time with no issues and using phone calls one minute, then calling someone on MS teams the next, connection is just perfect, with no disturbance using 2 different devices. Love this feature, no expensive brands has such a smooth connection like these headphones, and in the last 2 years i have changed at least 5 different headphones from cheap to expensive. So far these headphones have the best connection in my personal experience- call quality is very good. After using for a month i had no one telling me that they can't hear me, or I sound crackling, and as i use these headphones for work, sound and call quality are extremely important to me.- confortable and light weight. Some of the other headphones i had were very tight, but these are perfect.- connection to both devices is very quick after turning the headphones on. Can't complain at all.- volume up and down buttons work well as well as mute button on the mike.Overall for a £25 headphone - impressive performance👠Hope it will last 😊

I bought this headset earlier this year and was blown away at how good it was. Lightweight, comfortable & good sound quality. Six months later, the microphone just stopped working. No rhyme or reason. It worked on Friday but didn't the following Monday.I contacted the Earbay support team via their website but no response, not even an acknowledgement that they'd received my query.I'm now stuck with a piece of kit that doesn't work with no obvious method of either having it fixed or getting a refund. In theory, this goes against consumer protection laws in the UK but if the manufacturer in China doesn't want to play ball, what can you do?Update: Since writing my original review, Earbay have reached out to me and offered a replacement headset. Seems their online portal had an issue and didn't receive my requests for support. However, emailing them directly at support@earbayheadset.com did get through. I'm posting this email address as it may be useful for those with similar issues.On the assumption that they'll be true to their word and provide a replacement, I'm revising my score as, apart from the support issue, the headset is a decent piece of kit.

I bought these headphones due to the fact you can connect to two items simultaneously. The headphones were easy to connect via Bluetooth to both my mobile and laptop. If your computer does not have Bluetooth capability you will not be able to use these headphones without an adapter - which I needed for my work computer. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic. They responded within 24 hours, answered my questions and were very courteous. Couldn't ask for better after sales service. The box just contains the headset and a charging cable - the cable is less than 60cm in total length, so if you are charging it via the USB on your computer, you will need it very close (you wouldn't find it very comfortable to charge it whilst wearing the headset). To answer / end a call on the mobile, you can use the button on the earpiece. You turn the volume up / down on the earpiece too. You can mute your microphone by pressing the button on the microphone. The headset will tell you the call is muted (or unmuted if you press it again). When you turn on the headset, it will automatically connect to the devices in range (if the settings on your devices have been set that way). The sound is great. No complaints on either side. And being wireless is great!! They are very comfortable to wear, but as with all over the ear headphones, your ears do get fairly warm! All in all, very pleased with these headphones. I've had (wired) headphones before from earbay, which were very good quality, which is why I've returned for the wireless set!

Worked the first couple of times, now the microphone has stopped working. I can't find any information online and can't return as outside the Amazon return window. Can't seem to contact the seller.

Pros: connect quickly and easily. They charge quickly. Instructions are easy to understand. People say they can hear me clearly on calls. They lay flat which is good for storage and the microphone boom can lifted up so they become like normal over-ear head phones. Music playback quality is also decent. Build quality is okay at this price and the lightweight-ness is handy for travel. Cons: They a little tight on the head even with adjustment so wearing for (very) long periods can be slightly uncomfortable, but only very slightly. If you use a VOIP softphone you have to make sure you use the right device setting, but that may be a limitation of my software. Summary: All in all a excellent headset which it functions well at a fraction of the price of the big name players in headsets.
