I've used this headset on long calls on the same day. At the end of the day, the battery level dropped to about 60%. The sound is very clear, comparable to the other well-known brand-name headset I have that cost 10 times more many years ago. The operations are simple with just 3 buttons: power, volume up/down that you can control by feel. Pairing was simple, worked the first time. Once turned on, the connection to the laptop is almost immediate, connection to the phone sometimes takes a few tries, but I'm using this headset mainly for the laptop, so it's not a big problem for me. The microphone wand is easily adjustable. I did not try the included bluetooth dongle as I still get a good range using the laptop's built-in bluetooth. It's quite compact.The headset is a touch heavier than I would like but it is quite ok. The sound quality is clear but is definitely not meant for music. The ear piece material is not breathable and can get a little warm on long calls. The metal part that wraps around the head takes some convincing to stay in the shape that fits your head, but once adjusted, it keeps the shape. There's no display other than a blue LED to indicate it's on. The only way to tell the battery level is to connect to the phone, then check the battery level on the phone. I don't know if there's any kind of indication of a low battery level.I've only had it for a few weeks and so far it has worked very well. I hope it'll last a long time. I don't know if the battery is replaceable. Overall, this is a very good headset for the price and serves its purposes well.

I can't figure out why Amazon has this flagged as a "frequently returned item"? I've had this headset for 2+ years, with daily use of 6+ hours most days, and it still works like it's brand new. It connects flawlessly and easily to my Iphone and Macbook Pro, the sound quality is good and the charge seemingly never runs out. (I do charge it nightly, but I have never had it die on me during the day even if I've had it on for 8+ hrs) My favorite thing about this headset is I can do loud tasks while I'm talking to someone and they don't hear it. I've ran a blender, filled grain buckets for my horses (imagine thick plastic buckets with metal handles banging together), cooked dinner, washed dishes, changed loads of laundry. There have been a few times when a random noise like crinkling plastic will transfer to the other caller, but for the most part I can do anything while I'm on the phone and they don't hear it. I LOVE IT. And if all of that wasn't enough.... I recently contacted Savile asking how I can change out the ear pad (like I said I've used it almost daily for 2.5 years) and if I can purchase a replacement from them. I was worried they would tell me I'd have to buy a whole new headset because I had seen some online comments from a couple of years ago that the ear pad is not replaceable. (And mind you - it's not in terrible condition. It's just been used for 2.5 years and is going to need to be replaced soon.) They contacted me back and offered to send me a whole new headset - for free! I could NOT BE HAPPIER with this headset. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I bought this headset for work. I have a Macbook Pro and I needed a headset that would work well but also not be bulky or heavy. I know some people like to have both ears on a headset but i only wanted one.This worked great right out of the box. I plugged in the USB and it connected without issue. I love the fact that the mute button is on the mouthpiece so its easier to get to. I’m still getting used to the other buttons but they are super functional and intuitive.Overall this is a great headset for my work and i use it multiple times during the day. The battery lasts long and the clarity on the sound is wonderful.

La guÃa de usuario indica que la operación de emparejamiento con un segundo dispositivo se activa presionando dos veces el botón multifunción y que dicha función solamente está disponible para celulares, aún asà no se logra emparejar el segundo dispositivo.Trate con tres dispositivos: Motorola, Hisense y Xiaomi, todos lograron conectarse, uno a la vez, el segundo emparejamiento siempre falló indicando que no es posible comunicarse con el dispositivo.

The product was delivered in less than 24 hrs in a well designed packaging. I wear eyeglasses & it fits well to my head comfortably with no strain even for a longer use. The music has good bass & stops when call comes in. Resumes back to its music volume level after the call. I tried calling from other end to check the quality of voice & amazed by the voice so clear. The noise canceling is so amazing that my voice comes clear constantly even with the vacuum cleaner running on & off next to me. Had been using with music on & chatting for hours in a day & still had good power reserve. I can see its power reserve from my iPhone. Using the dongle with PC is simply easy as plug & play. Can use PC & phone simultaneously with no issues. The only one feature it doesn’t have is the caller ID which I think is more than it can offer for the price. Amazing product that I truly recommend.

This headset has very easy to connect and get working. I was also very impressed with the sound quality and the comfortable for the ear pad. Although it only covers one ear the sound was fantastic and I can clearly hear the other person I am speaking to. I’m told income through clearly when speaking. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and recommend.
