While searching for a sturdy easy to use storage box for the Yamaha Wolverine X2 XT-R 850, this metal box meets all requirements I was looking for. Plenty of room, waterproof, secure when locked, and spring loaded lid was a bonus. Perfect width and heavy duty handles provide needed strap points to hold it in the bed of the SXS.

This box is perfect for what I wanted.Pros:Lightweight, nice construction. Arrived in 3 days (way ahead of schedule).For indoor use to keep honest people honest... great box.Cons:For unattended valuables in and outdoor location, I would consider a much "stronger" box (like a Weatherguard maybe).

Awesome aluminum storage box. Fits perfectly in the back of my Honda Talon 1000R4. Just strap it down and hit the trails.

I was very unsure while unpacking the box, thinking it could be damaged in route or of poor quality. I was very impressed with the quality and appearance. Mounted it the next day and it was perfect. The next day I went to start loading it and to my surprise the top tried to open only on one side. One cylinder was stuck in the closed position. I contacted the seller expecting the run around, then was again surprised when they said they would send a replacement cylinder. A week later it arrived. That's the way to make customers give their products four stars.

This is a great box. Well made. Good value. No waste in the design. Overall a great value and great storage box. I would recommend it for general use.

After only 3 months, box has numerous areas of surface rust around the chrome handles.
