The price was right and it work very well on stemmed brush and small trees. Work very well although it does not cut through weeds but it isn’t designed to that but it would be nice if it did for cutting fence rowsIt came quickly and complete and was fairly easy to install.

I am using this to clear large areas of snake plants or mother in law tongue plants. These plants are very fiberous and need to be cleanly cut, the attachment has worked great, cutting thousands of them already. The only thing that slows progress is having to stop and pick up all the pieces to make space to cut more. If you are clearing tall grass and some other types of things this will not be as much of a problem. To cut one snake plant with the weedeater string takes 30 seconds, this cutter will cut 10 in one swing.

Used this on my PAS-2620. Was able to cut some branches as thick as 2 1/2". I would not expect the same results with the PAS 225. It cut great but stay far away from vines, they wrap up around the tooth blade and the shaft and bog my machine down. Its a little heavier than the string trimmer attachment but I was expecting that. Definitely saved me a lot of time if I was to use my hand held trimmers!
