  • This smoke alarm is powered by batteries, when the battery is low, there will be a low battery reminder, you can replace the battery to make the alarm work normally.

  • If the smoke detector is already mounted to ciling just twist counterclockwise and it releases. The battery is exposed and you can replace. If the detector is not mounted, first you have to twist the backing off, a quarter turn, opens and replace

  • This smoke alarm has a 10-year service life with replaceable batteries. A warning will be issued when the battery is low and you must replace the product battery.

We bought a 4 pack. These are SO easy to install/put up. The powerful stickers on each side, combined with a magnetic piece makes so much sense and gives flexibility as to where you can mount the detector. White as white (not off white or beige) was exactly what we wanted. They are small. Batteries all worked fine and the unit itself is simple/nondescript, so it blends in. Very loud. Totally would be these again!

Bought a package of 6 of these for my house. Within 4 months I have already had 3 of these go off without any smoke or any other reason. The only way to get them to stop is to unplug the battery completely. DO NOT BUY.
