This device does not work as it claims. It definitely does not separate the egg from its shell. Waste of money. I threw them away

This egg shell opener is great for soft eggs but doesn’t keep the shell in unit for hard boil eggs. It cuts it in the middle and then you have to peel off the shell like usual. Big disappointment. Another gimmick that doesn’t work!

Buyer beware! Do not fall for their pictures. This thing will definitely crack a raw egg but unless you're like the best pro in the world at cracking boiled eggs It's not going to do anything for you!

I received this in time to try it out on my boiled eggs. It arrived with one of the metal pieces loose. I was able to replace it, and found that it did not work as advertised. Actually, it did not even begin to work. As inexpensive as it was, it is not worth the trouble to return it.
