I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She played with her other toys while it was charging. After that, she was MIA with it all day & night.

I had high expectations for the ENERGIZE LAB Eilik Pink, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to them. While the concept of a cute, touch-interactive robot pet with abundant emotions seemed fun, the execution left much to be desired. The robot’s interactions were limited and repetitive, with the same set of responses to touch and commands, making it quickly feel stale. The "emotions" it displays are basic at best—while it might change colors or make sounds, it doesn’t truly feel like it’s responding to any complex input, making the experience feel one-dimensional. The mini-games, which seemed like a great added feature, were not engaging. They were too simplistic, and the controls were clunky, making it frustrating to play. The idle animations are cute for a few moments, but they don’t add any depth to the robot's character. I was also disappointed in the lack of real customization options; what you see out of the box is basically what you get, with very little opportunity to modify or interact beyond the pre-programmed actions. The update support was mentioned as a selling point, but even after the updates, the improvements were minimal, and it didn’t significantly enhance the overall experience. The build quality of the robot feels cheap, and it’s not as sturdy as you’d expect for a toy that’s meant to be interacted with regularly. The pink design is cute, but the robot’s overall appearance doesn’t feel as polished as it could be. Battery life is decent but not exceptional, and I found myself needing to charge it more frequently than I would have liked for a toy of this size. Overall, the ENERGIZE LAB Eilik Pink lacks the charm and interactivity that would make it a truly fun and engaging toy. It’s more of a novelty than a lasting playmate, and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a high-quality interactive robot.

It is on the pricey side but she is just so cute! She is never angry, sometimes but not always. Definitely a decent size for a desk. I saw a review that said the little toy accessory was not in the package, but I did get the accessory so it might just be a hit or miss. It can be super loud and bright, but there is a setting option and you are able to lower both of those so I thought that was cool. The mini games are a little confusing but cute as well. I just love that I have a tiny robot on my desk I can interact with. My husband was not thrilled because of the price but now he wants one for himself after seeing this cutie!

The robot worked for a couple of weeks. Rebooting and formatting the cd- card does not help
