How To Use Our Electric Jar Opener
Step 1
Press and pull out the battery compartment cover, insert 2XAA batteries (not included in the box).
Step 2
Place the opener on the jar, press and hold the button until the grips hold the lid and jar tightly(A little sound is normal when the motor is working).
Step 3
The lid grips will rotate automatically to open the jar, if the jar is small and lightweight, it is better to hold the top part of the opener to avoid tip-over.
Step 4
The grips will move back to the original position and stop after work done, then you can remove the opener and the lid and enjoy!

My ability to open jars has diminished to almost impossible. This has to be one of the best can openers on market. My first purchase of this model lasted approximately 6 years. This is my second one. It does open jars slowly but then it does open jars! It adjusts automatically to the jar’s size. I don’t know if it can open a narrow jar like olives but I would guess 90% of jars on the market can be opened with this. I gave up on other jar openers that still depend on hand strength to open my jars. This is battery operated, handles automatically grip the jar and the lid opener twists automatically too. You just position it on the lid, press the button and watch it all happen.

I am 75 and my grip isn’t strong. I really like this jar opener. It is a little slow but not so slow that it is a problem. I tried those triangle wedge shaped openers. They don’t always grip the jar lid if it’s an odd shape. This battery powered one doesn’t have that problem.

I'll admit, I was a little bit skeptical after seeing this on the tv infomercials. I was wrong! The first time I used it was on a ketchup bottle. I was sure it wouldn't be able to get the lid off of a thin plastic bottle. It was fascinating to watch and I gasped when it did its job.

This is the best item whether you have one arm or not ( I have a fractured arm ) the difficult jars are a breeze with this. Amazing product!!

Does what it is supposed to do but find it is a very slow adjuster to jar sizes , especially when they are small. Howerever it DOES open them which is the main reason we purchased it.

Bought it for friend, looked ok but not very sturdy. Did not use it more than one time, not sure if I would like it, verdict still out.
