How to get the right replacement?
A- Thread length
B- Total shaft length
Measure the thread shaft of your old clock mechanism. If it is A or shorter, this movement is suitable.

Thread length: 9 mm (3/8 inch)
Total shaft length is 16 mm (5/8 inch)
Fit for clock dial up to 4 mm （1/8 in） Thickness
5 PCS x 3/4 in quartz clock movements
Thread length: 12 mm (1/2 inch)
Total shaft length is 20 mm (3/4 inch)
Fit for 4-8 mm （1/8-5/16 in） thickness clock dial

Thread length: 15 mm (5/8 inch)
Total shaft length is 23 mm (7/8 inch)

The clock mechanism works as it should. The hands aren't really what I need, the designs aren't something I would use. It would be nice to be able to just buy the main part without the hands.

I use this set of clock items to make my vinyl record clocks! They look and work great. Some of the hands I spray paint and they still work great! Easy to assemble, keeps time correctly, look great.
