Love the design of this 5 burner, 36 inch induction cooktop. Wanted something with a large center burner as the main cooker. The value on this purchase here was great compared to purchasing at brick and mortar stores where I'd checked prices. Not a brand I was familiar with or had any past experience with, but for this price, decided I was alright giving it a go. Install is simple, typically stove type install on this product. Cutout and sunk into my countertop. Looks great and so far has worked well. We had an induction previously and so our pots and pans were all compatible with induction cooking - that's something to be aware of if you're making the switch TO induction for the first time. Rule of thumb is: if a magnet sticks to the pot/pan, it will work with induction.

I got the same 2 burner induction in vertical type, but it took forever to make soups and it was too crowded for two pots or pans. I really didn't want to go back to gas cook top, so ordered the same one in horizontal type. Surprisingly, it takes a lot faster to make soups! I am very happy with this induction!

Order the stove top for our little cabin in the wood. Opened the box just over a month after the purchase and went to install the legs for the unit to sit on our countertop. There are interior threads the feet screw into. As I went to install the last leg the interior thread pushed through which did not allow the let to install. Really no way to fix. I contacted AMAZON as the return time had expired by 5 days. Amazon advised me to contact Empava. I contacted them and was told to send an email with pictures of the issue, and they would take care of it. I sent the picture and emailed them with the issue and was told to contact Amazon. I advised them that was already done with not results. The next email from EMPAVA I was shown how to install the legs? REALLY?? I have made several calls and left messages as they are supposed to return the calls. I have had no luck. Very poor customer service on a defective issue, with a very short window for returns.

This unit was just right to place in a small area in my outer top. My only issue is that it does not except regular aluminum cheap tops. The pots must be iron or steel as a precaution so that cheap pots might burn and will cause damage. I found that to be a difficulty .mixing the right kind of pot that the unit will take. But I see the safety and the reason why . Less chances of causing a fire if left on check pots will burn. The unit is fabulous and a great buy. Neat and nice.

First off, I don’t know what type of measuring stick they used to measure this thing but it was OFF! NOTHING on this stove top measures 30â€! The top is more like 30 3/8†wide and the pan is 28 7/8†wide. So where in the freak are they getting the 30†from. Also, although is was well packed, no operation manual came with it! There is a QR code on the outside of the box that I scanned to the product on their website! PSA EMPAVA how about putting a note on the inside saying to scan this QR code for manual and not just put it on the outside of the box incase, uh I don’t know it gets smeard, cut or otherwise destroyed during shipping so customers aren’t searching for the manual. Or here’s a thought- include in the box! And please get someone who knows how to measure to give schematics of item in advertisements as whomever did these measurements either needs glasses or doesn’t know how to measure!! Haven’t used yet as now have to figure out if I’m keeping it due to the WRONG measurements being listed!!

Mordern sneek looking cook top, It rated 1800w so I ran 20 amp for power supply, it's perfect for bachelor kitchen but nothing more, you can only have enough power on one burner, if turn on both the power cut down.

Me gusta su aspecto fÃsico, calienta muy bien, al dÃa de hoy no hay queja. Lo que no me gusta de las estufas de inducción es que no puedes usar todas las ollas y/o sartenes que tenia, tuve que comprar nuevos. La cambié por una estufa eléctrica vieja

Looked like a good item but we returned it because I thought it was suitable for a campervan. It isn't because the wattage is too high for campsite electric hookup.
