Beautiful color, arrived quickly. Makes wonderful sourdough bread. Be prepared as it is a heavy pan but worth the extra weight.

It looks beautiful sitting on top of our stainless steel commercial stove. Just sitting. Simply sitting. My wife wanted this, but have I got any bread out of it yet? Nope. It will be there when she gets good and ready, or when the next Pandemic hits. She marveled at the silicone lifter and said that was a good thing. Meanwhile, I'll be standing by with the Land O'Lakes and the butter knife.

I haven’t used it yet but it seems promising. I also did not appreciate that DHL is the chosen carrier and why they needed to open it to inspect it and did not do a good job taking it shut.
