Ordered this for my granddaughter's 14th birthday. She loves purple and this is purple plus. I used it in the cake batter and in the buttercream frosting. Purple!! It's a gel so it doesn't affect the liquidity of whatever you're using it in. One bottle should last me the rest of my life, but if I ever need another color I know where to go.

My bad. Did not read the reviews before I ordered. This product contains dyes that are a hazard to your health!! Those dyes should be banned in the US! I searched for dyes free and this came up. Vegan but deadly. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Non returnable as well! UGH
