I bought this to lift a ford 6.0. Number 1 the plate is not flat. Probably warped after welding. Number 2, the bolt whole did not line up. I had to go 2 sizes bigger with the holes just to get it mounted. I usually won't buy anything thing that has no reviews but I decided to take a chance. I got burned. Buy something else.

Only issue I had we're the bolt holes didn't quite line up. Had to drill them open a bit and then it worked great
