I picked this up just to have in case. This auto tool is made for Mercedes cars. It came in it's only box and tools to work on your engine. I would say this is a must for Mercedes owners or any mechanic.

As a professional automotive technician who specializes in European vehicles, I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with this Kuntech timing kit. Late model vehicles require many specialized tools, especially for timing chain service and until recently you were at the mercy of OEM or high priced aftermarket brands to purchase the correct tools. I now own multiple Kuntech tools for many other applications and each one is top notch.This Kuntech kit is as impressive from the outside as it is on the inside. The tool comes housed inside of a very durable, hard plastic case with a metal hinge and latches. The blue and black colors are very appealing and the quality of the case is very good. The tool itself is manufactured very well. All of the parts are nicely machined and finished. The hardware have clean and well cut threads as well as being made of high grade material. The entire tool kit is very similar to the factory pieces and every bit as nice as kits that cost many times more than this one.Some cheaper timing tool sets I have used in the past were decent for single use but didn't appear that they would hold up to repeated use. I am confident that this Kuntech kit can be trusted for multiple use even in a shop environment as the quality is very high. If you are a technician or an avid automotive repair DIYer, this kit would be an excellent choice. 5 stars for quality and value.

When it comes to engine timing accuracy is paramount when getting a timing tool. I’ve seen some tools that were made sloppily, but not this one. Everything is nicely coated and cut, the edges are perfect but not sharp. Someone really did their homework here! Good job Kuntech!! This is a no brainer, especially at that price!

Timing kit was able to do half the job with the timing kit. I had to go to the Mercedes-Benz dealer and get the other half of the timing set. There are some half circles that you need for each camshaft for the adjustment and you need a T 70 torque bit for the torque down the camshaft bolts.
