I make baguettes weekly and had been using just a regular sheet pan. But this baguette pan is better because of all the holes that let the heat circulate. My baguettes are perfectly browned with a nice crust on the outside and then softer goodness on the inside. I would recommend and may buy another so I can do a double batch! Amazon, don’t you want to just give me one for free???!!!! Just kidding.But truly this pan is a game changer for baguette baking.

Very cool pan for your baggys!Small vent holes to allow steam to escape helping to finish the bottoms. Very non-stick coating is durable and is truly non stick. Highly recommended.

Pan works great but when it arrived, one side was bent slightly. The metal is thin and I was easily able to bend it back into about the shape it should be. Made Baguettes and the pan works well; the bread did not stick to the pan and turned out great.

I use this every week and love it. I usually don’t even have to grease it, my bread comes off of it super easy. It says it’s rated for up to 450 but I use it at 500F and it’s holding up. Bends easily, so store it carefully

I used this baguette pan for the first time yesterday. I made four baguettes which just fit. I was concerned that the dough might stick to the surface even though there is a non-stick coating so I dipped a paper towel in canola oil and lightly coated the surface. I had no problem removing the bread from the pan and I'm confident that in the future I wouldn't need to oil the pans at all. The baguette recipe I followed called for a oven temperature of 475 degrees. The pans held up well with no visible warping. The loaves were nicely shaped and were a nice golden brown color except for the bottom of the loaf. I have yet to figure out how to remedy that and wonder if any of the reviewers have a recommendation!

I purchased this pan to see if my traditional loaf recipe could easily be turned into baguettes and it worked like a charm. I just split the dough in two, rolled and stretched into long loafs and let rise for the last time in the baguette pan before baking! Clean up was a breeze too!

I bought this and absolutely loved it!! I began making my own bread in 2020 and I will never look back!! Anyone who is looking to bake their own bread must own one of these!

There is no problem with sticking, but baguettes don't brown on the bottom unless you line the pan with parchment. It makes a big difference. The pan lets you make round baguettes with wetter dough, which is ideal. I've had good results with a parchment lined pan, 475 degrees for 25 minutes, pouring a scant 1/4 c water into a pan in the bottom of the oven when the bread goes in.
