They require a lot of work, but with this tool the work get easier. Take a 2-inch square rolled dough piece, roll from one corner to the opposite corner using the mini rolling pin and give to the garganello two pointed edges.

This gnocchi board is a great addition to my kitchen. It’s essential for making gnocchi and garganelli, which I learned after finding out about its dual purpose. It is small, but you don’t need a bigger size because you’ll be working with one pasta square at a time anyway. The best thing to me is that it’s made in Italy, the craftsmanship is high quality and it’s made in the world home of pasta. I prefer to avoid made in China products if I can buy a model made in Italy, as I did for my pasta machine as well.I made perfect garganelli right off the bat and it has been used for gnocchi several nights this week by popular demand in my household. A little flour and it’s ready to go. There are some great recipes on YouTube for garganelli that are in Italian, but usually provide the recipe on the video for you so you can follow along by using the same ingredients. Don’t clean with water, just get a dedicated brush for your pasta tools and brush them off after each use and keep them dry

Este producto esta pensado para el cocinero que realmente dusfruta de una pasta recien hecha o en su caso gnocchi o gnuddi cual sea su preferencia, da una sensacion de comer algo que esta hecho con calidad y esfuerzo. Facil de usar con un tamaño bastante facil de guardar en un cajon o gaveta sin estorbar hasta su siguiente uso. Recomiendo tratarlo con "wood butter" en dos a tres ocasiones antes de usar dejando un tiempo estimado de 12 a 24 horas entre aplicaciones para mantener la madera en condiciones de uso por años.
